Training with FitKat is an absolute must! I have been training with Kat since September 2021 and attended a huge variety of classes including weights, boxing, HIIT and circuit training. All classes are enjoyable, motivating and adapted to suit all abilities. Within that time alongside a balanced diet where I have tracked protein, carbs and fats and staying active by hitting daily step counts I have managed to lose 32lbs and am continuing my journey to hopefully lose another 32lbs throughout the course of the year. Thank you Kat for all your constant support and always accommodating our needs. Would highly recommend anyone to just give any of the classes a try even if it temporarily puts you out of your comfort zone!
